skin cream


I workout at the neighborhood gym faithfully every single morning. I take aerobics, pilates and muscle conditioning classes. I then run errands and take care of household chores. By the time dinner is served and the day is at end my feet are extremely tired.

In order to relax my aching feet I like to use a natural skin cream made specifically for the feet. The skin cream I use combines pure peppermint oil, parsley leaf oil and menthol to soothe and calm my tired feet. It also uses sunflower, wheat germ and coconut oils to deeply moisturize. The emollient beeswax and Vitamin E have softened my rough calluses and heels. The overall effect of this natural skin cream eases the tension and pain in my tootsies. 

I use this skin cream just before crawling into bed for the night. Once I put it on my feet I don't walk around for anything. I like to allow the skin cream to absorb fully into my feet. It is a treat for the feet and has really made a difference for me!
