skin lotion

This morning I received a call from one of my best friends asking me if I'd started packing for our annual girls ski trip next month. I couldn't help but laugh at her, because she knows me well enough to know that I usually start packing for the trip around this time, even though we don't usually travel until a few days after Christmas. I teased her and asked her how she could dare suggest that I would start packing so soon, but she laughed out loud knowing that she'd hit the nail on the head; I was preparing.

Since I'd just got out of the shower, I was talking to her on speaker phone while I slathered myself in my favorite skin lotion. I'd already been adding a few little necessities here and there to a box beside my bed, and the one thing that hadn't made it to the box yet, but that would definitely be there in abundance is skin lotion. With the snow and icy temps, my skin always suffers when we go skiing and I learned the first year that it would be the last year that I made that trek without my skin lotion and lip gel. My gal pals always laugh at me, but 9 out of 10 times, they always borrow something from me, and last year it was skin lotion. In fact, I almost didn't have enough for myself, because they all couldn't believe how dry their skin was. I'm not really sure why they never had the same problems in years past, but they know that I won't be without my skin lotion so they know they can always borrow some from me.

My best friend and I did a little catching up before we said our goodbyes, and in the meantime I had let the skin lotion soak in, gotten dressed and was ready to start my day. I decided that while I was thinking about the skin lotion, that it would be best to go ahead and order Arden Beauty by Elizabeth Arden Women Body Lotion 1.7 oz from Living Yor Best, who can be found online at www.livinyourbest.com. Since I knew my dear gal pals would be borrowing my skin lotion on our trip, I decided on a whim to order a tube for each of them, so I ordered 5 in total. This way, we'll all have our own skin lotion and keep the dry skin at bay. I'm so ready for this trip, well almost. First I need my skin lotion.
