About two years ago my friend since high school decided to make some drastic changes in her life. She moved back to our home town, went back to school, started working out and taking care of herself. One of the things she decided to do was become a vegetarian. She figured it was the green way to go. I could never do that, I am a steak and potato type of gal.

She was never a big meat eater so it was not that hard of a transition for her. She always ate a lot of salads before, now she ate salads exclusively. She started to feel a little off. She felt weak, and did not have a lot of strength. Her doctor noticed a drop in her vitamin levels. He told her she had to either start eating meat again or take Creatine supplements. Since she has been taking the Creatine supplements she has been fine. She is actually healthier now then she was before she became a vegetarian. The Creatine really did the trick but she has also expanded her diet to include a lot more than just salads.
