A lot of people are curious about Creatine and wonder whether it is a good tool along the path of fitness. One of my best friends is a bodybuilder and he’s been racing about Creatine for years. In fact, last year I was not able to see him for a couple of months and the first chance I got to see him it was like night and day. He told me that it was the addition of Creatine into his workout routine that made such a big difference in on his physique. He mentioned to me that Creatine is a form of amino acid that naturally occurs in our bodies. A large amount of Creatine is produced by the liver and that our bodies also receive some Creatine from the food that we eat. However, he mentioned that he uses a Creatine product he buys from the internet, because it has a lot more concentration of the amino acid which allows him to work a lot harder in the gym and at the same time produce better results on the recuperation part of his exercise plan. He added that while people are performing high intensity exercises the Creatine level tends to decrease which but using pure Creatine replenishes our reserves of this amino acid providing more wood for the muscle fire.
